How to improve the cele of cape


To do this you go to NPC Odin in Unknown Continen but firs tu must give locked seal to NPC in kephra if u wanna enter to UC.


go server wher kephra is dead bcoz u see this if not dead:p

press on guard and give him locked seal


next go to entrance

 
next go to ODIN

when u press on him he give u table and u need to press what u want to do:
