II cape red or blue or white
Hey guys, as you all know the game is based on the 2 kingdoms to cause some battle in the game.
From low level i mean lvl 221, we were able to decide our kingdom that would influence which guild & for who we would fight for i mean red or blue king.
Knight of kingdom (Lv 221 ~ 250)
this cape give u :
Defense: 75
Maximum HP Increase: 100
Whatever we chose, we go to cape to the kingdom, the king will find near the NPC:
The guards,
click on it, and you'll be the cage in which drop emblem with gold bosses monsters

that are more candle from the other:) (DeathKnightKing) then we assume it ( is reset every 10 minutes, for example, is not included because 12.21.21sec 12 23 20 sec will be reset, and so is every 10 minutes) and go back again to the king.Place the emblem in the slot and click the king of the kingdom. The character will be given a cape (depending on what side you chose red or blue). This emblem cant be trade so u can use only for this char ..

Can't be moved, dropped, auto-traded or traded.
God characters are not allowed to do this quest.

Click on the King and get a red or blue cape, depending on what kingdom we chose.
You must also remember this from when you are in the academy, your cape (cape) whatever you choose which kingdom for such a change which is valid for Alpha academy is blue.
(blue cape looks same like red bt got blue color)
if you have forgotten to do the quest cape 221-250lvl you can do it via sphhire .. Simply go to the kingdom, and check their teeth as you need to do cape, when you get enough already saphhire go to the King and the press on him and he will give you a cape like it do if you had finished the quest lvl 221-250
or if u got mortal character and dont have cape u can join academy and when u join u got kingdom too..but u must be lvl 1-320max if u wanna join academy..there are 4 Academies in WYD specialised in teaching and helping the mortals to advance level faster.
for each mortal academies,Operators (teachers) will rotate their Shift 4 Times a day - 3hrs per shift.
there will be 3 hours of break after that for the pupils ( WYDians ) to rest their eye before the class resumes again.
Capes mortals you can refine with oris and laks.

While you guys upgrading sometimes it will failed for example from +5 to +6 it will failed about 2/3 times..It depends though on your luck! xD
To Succes during upgrading it always depends on your refining rate!! =]
While +7 to +9 it will failed several times... that is hard!! but dont worry! When it failed it wont BROKE!! xD so you guys can try as many as you want!!.. =D Or if you guys don't want to use so many laks!! You can always buy a Lucky Powder!! It is 100% success rate and You will never failed! But it costs much.. and its worth buying from nell!! xD
