Academy Operator job not easy like everyone think. Everyday OP trying to do their best effort to their academy members. But what they got from their members? spam for pt and many more..So, I want to discuss this scenario

member 3 : me three..

all members : PT me plzz, PT me plzz, PT me plzz, PT me plzz it s same (many many times like 99x)

Me : omg, dont spam me…see my tab msg. ( my tab :shhh and line up or pt not started ect) )

all members : Major   pt me…..grupo…pt pt pt . (again spam )

Me : I will pt u all at 00:00GMT or when GM send scrols, dont asking for pt till that time…if u keep spamming, I will not pt if u spam and no listen me

       spammer..this is my warning for u!!…but its not warking zzz:(

all members : PT me water …PT me …PT plzz, PT plzz.. (they keep asking for pt not all but many ahh too manyyy)

They all keep asking for party, but that time not water session yet. As you all know, an hour for recruiting new members and after that OP will start water session. we have 3h to do shift ..So, please dont spam us i mean all OPs not only me, we will party all members if we got slot (priority to earliest members xD).


what they got from their members?i mean OPs -hmm ugly words, insults, threats, etc. and on top of the evil insinuations of the OP still not suitable for this position because it does not respond to every question, whether also has a full and cant give pt..so sed but its true..u mst understand that we are not able to answer all questions at once, and that the robots dont we xD 

 

as you probably know most of u im  the woman I'm a little more patience and forbearance, but it all has also its limits so please show respect and understanding of the teeth a little more patience is not exhausted ..

as soon as someone tells the OP gets a withdrawal for what he does but do not you take this into account when it is absent from (ie absence niezasadniona has no emergency day off or day off) the process, the payment shall be reduced by 10% and also depending on the rank of what is ..  so for exap. im Maj normal got 23k tcoin per month if i got 1 absent my salry wll be deduction 10k be 1 absent  so if i got 2 absent my salary was only 3k if got 3absent  salary wll be -7 ktcoins (not bric just nell items) so i got nothing and work all month for nothing lol.. its simple just think..

If I can write the messages at ground or something, maybe this problem can be solve. 

But what happen next if we all can write messages at everything in wyd?wyd wll be ugly xD

So, the moral we get from this scenario…hmmm, let me think.. plzzz..plzzz…plzzz  respect your OP..they did their responsibilities everyday… so plzz appreciate with what u get…dont make them become crazy..because of many stress from spamming and foul language and ugly words…
