Getting White Cape
Mortals get their first cape at 101-150 and at level 221 they get to pick a Kingdom to join, either blue or red. But what if you want a White Cape?
You can get recruited into a White Cape guild and then proceed to finish the 221-250 cape quest in Kingdom. Relog and you're white! (Also works for Gods when they don't have cape and pay sapphires to obtain one!)
If you already picked a Kingdom and wish to change, then you'd have to get someone with a White Cape Guild with a Sub Leader.
Keep in mind that the Guild Leader might ask you to pay for the Sapphires for the SL to convert to either red or blue.
So a when an SL changes the colour of the cape, it's only temporarily. Which means that the SL may recruit people from the kingdom he/she chose.
When the recruited member and SL relogs, they will have a White Cape.
To see how many sapphires you need, for the SL to convert cape, head off to the King and click confirm.
The GL or SL could do this for you if they're nice enough...
This procedure also works on Gods and Celestials.
